Complete version

Twinkle Twinkle little star
how i wonder what you are
up above the world so high
like a diamond in the sky

Twinkle Twinkle little star
how i wonder what you are

When the blazing sun is gone
and when nothin shines upon
then you show your little light
twinkle twinkle all the night

Then the traveller in the dark
thanks you for your tiny spark
he could not see which way to go
if you did not twinkle so

Twinkle Twinkle little star
how i wonder what you are

Hero

He is Uddam singh, another less remembered hero. He is the man who killed General Dayar(The one who killed hundreds of innocent people in JalyanWala Baagh).
Udam Singh was bought up in a orphanage in Amritsar. He was present in the Jalyanwala Baagh when the incedent took place.
He killed General Dayar and surrended himself. When he was brought to jail...he refused to self defend and said "what great honor can be bestwoed upon me than death for motherland".
Salutes to the Hero.
(Sorry guys i couldn't upload the pic virtically. After more than a dozen trials i was able to upload the pic..and only this way)

Hero

Have you heard of S.I. Daya Nayak? The officer is known as Encounter Daya Nayak in mumbai. I havn't heard of him, until I saw RISK movie.
RISK is the story of this police officer who single handedly killed nearly 100 rowdy cheaters and criminals in mumbai, solving every case which came to him. He worked selflessly but in his own style.
When i heard that this police officer is fighting in the court for justice today and is on bail, I felt bad.
Watch the movie if you can. You will understand what i am talking about. Risk hero had done a super job. Its a true story(except climax). And a very inspiring and motivating one.

If I understand it right!

Science, maths, economics, computers, Arts, dance, singing...etc are all learnt by our consuious mind...these things are being taught to us and we make a consuious effort to learn them. But there are few things which are taught no where and by nobody, they are learned by our sub-consious mind..like EMOTIONS. Few emotions are natural, they are internal...like pain...few emotions are self-created(which are learn by our sub consious mind)...like Sadness. Pain is a natural feeling. Sadness is selfcreated when you are not in terms with pain. Isn't it?

So ..if you are sad about anything...it because you chose to be sad. Don't blame anybody. Only "YOU" can help yourself get out of it.

Sad part is that we set standards to be happy. If i get this..i'll be happy, if i achieve this i will be happy, if i have him/her i will be happy. I don't have those...so i am not happy. Why do you need a reason to be happy?
We got to shed those unnessary emotions...anger, frustation, sadness.... after all you get one live. Then why not Live life king size.

Telangana - Politics

The Telangana issue came into my mind again. And as always I wondered If there are any good enough percentage of common people who are really asking for a saperate Telanga state other than politicians. I remember once reading a comment in a News Paper which made me furious. The comment was "I will not rest...Till I achieve a FREE TELANGANA" -By TRS leader. Now i wonder what a free Telangana is? It sounded like Free kashmir...Free Assam. Heights. OFCOURSE we are all free. We are all living in a free nation. What else he will free us from?
He gave the example of Chatisghar and said that they had more employement after being a saperate state. Than why just Telanga? Why don't we divide state in to 3 or 4 parts. There will be MOREEEEEE employment. Isn't it?
I agree there will be new employement options with govt constructing more buildings, setting up new offices, state banks....etc, but this money will be pulled out of budget which govt should have spend on other devlopment activities. Saperate state will only spoil central budget. Few commodiates prices might rise. Few development activities will be postponed or stopped...etc.
If he is guinenly intrested in devlopment of telangana...why didn't he start any devlopment activities yet. He has enough power even today. Didn't he? I guess he is waiting for a good "murthum". I am sure his intrest is more about the money the center govt will pour. Money enough to fill thier pockets, either relatives and store enough for thier children, grandchildren, greatgrand children. And about more political employment that will grow.

I wish i can do somebody these sick politicians.

I just endup prayin that this kind of politicians should never come to power.

Salary rise

Is your salary really increasing?
If your Salary is Rs 50,000 in 2002 and Rs 55,000 in 2003...does it mean that your salary has increased? Nominally..YES, but
might not be in REAL terms.
To be more clear...If your Salary is Rs 50,000 in 2002 and Rs 55,000 in 2003but the price level has risen by 12%(inflation) then your Rs 55,000 in 2003 buys what Rs 49,107 would have in 2002, so your real salary has gone done.
Eg: YOu could have bought a bike with Rs 50,000 in 2002 but in 2003 the bike rate has gone up to 62,000...which you can not
buy with your 55,000 Rs salary. Meaning ...your salary has actually gone down.
Similary...think of this point when you are saving money in a bank or investing money in some bonds.
You have fixed deposited 50,000 in a bank for 1yr. Bank promised to pay you 3% intrest. But if the inflation is 4% that year...the bank is actually taking away one percent of your money. Got me?
Suppose we buy a 1 year bond for face value that pays 6% at the end of the year. We pay Rs100 at the beginning of the year and get Rs106 at the end of the year. Thus the bond pays an interest rate of 6%. This 6% is the nominal interest rate, as we have not accounted for inflation. Whenever people speak of the interest rate they're talking about the nominal interest rate, unless they state otherwise.
Now suppose the inflation rate is 3% for that year. We can buy a basket of goods today and it will cost Rs100, or we can buy that basket next year and it will cost Rs 103. If we buy the bond with a 6% nominal interest rate for Rs100, sell it after a year and get Rs106, buy a basket of goods for Rs103, we will have Rs 3 left over. So after factoring in inflation, our Rs100 bond will earn us Rs 3 in income; a real interest rate of 3%.

You can calculate a real salary in terms of some base year by the following: Real salary = Nominal salary / 1 + % Increase in Prices since Base Year

Where a 34% increase in prices since the base year is expressed as 0.34.
